My VideoPick: Here is vocalist, songwriter, percussionist and luthier SEYDU, born in Freetown, Sierra Leone. As a member of the “Sierra Leonean National Dance Troupe”, founded by his grandfather, he traveled to Nigeria where he lived in the commune of Fela Kuti. At the age of 20, he moved to Spain where he studied music and formed different bands of jazz, afro, latin and reggae. From his new album “ Sadaka” this is “Desert Rose” with late Mariem Hassan.
